You have just broken up with the most important person in your life.  You think you cannot carry on living without her.  She meant the world to you.  You feel as if life is no longer worth living.  You seem lost and life has no meaning anymore.  If you are thinking this way, stop!  This is precisely the type of thinking pattern that will drive your ex-girlfriend away from you and into the arms of another man.

The thing you have to do is to elevate yourself in the eyes of your ex-girlfriend.  There are 2 things that will help you achieve that.

The first thing is that she must see some changes in your life.  These changes should be in as many areas as possible as long as they are not those that put her off.  Don’t shave your head bald if she thinks that’s stupid.  The important thing is to change in the areas that are important to your ex.  If you do not know what these are, just think about what made you break up in the first place.  Chances are the reasons had something to do with the areas that are important to her.  Perhaps it was your insensitivity to her, bad temper, pride or flirtatiousness.  If you really want your ex-girlfriend back you have to make some serious changes in yourself.

1. Be active, friendly and helpful to others.

When the time is right, you can have a personal talk with your ex-girlfriend.  Make any apologies that are necessary for your own faults that led to the breakup.  Do not make excuses or blame anyone else.  Be a man and take responsibility for your own misdeeds or wrong words.  Tell her of the changes that has happened to you.  Once she sees that you have changed she will be ready to accept you back.  Then you can start romancing her again and she will be drawn back to you.  If you play your cards right, she will soon be back in your arms where she belongs.
