If you’re looking for Dublin hotels, city centre offers some of the most luxurious and exciting locations to stay in all of the city of Dublin. Located right in the centre of the city, the hotels in this location are in walking distance of many popular Dublin destinations. There are several different areas to choose from when picking a hotel from the centre of town, so it is a good idea to decide what events and locations you want to visit before picking a hotel to stay in. This is the best way to avoid having to rent a car or pay large cab fees.

North centre hotel locations

The northern part of city centre is located just north of the River Liffey. The river runs between the north and south parts of the city centre. North centre is home to many great locations such as theaters, shopping districts, musical events, and more. It is very close to Temple bar on the south side as well. All of these locations are among the most popular in the city. Due to this fact, hotels and accommodations here are likely to be more expensive than that in other areas. Many of the hotels in south centre are luxury hotels, or at least have luxury prices attached to them. However, with a little digging it is possible to find some hotels that are not extremely expensive. Usually this takes time and advanced planning.

Booking hotels in Dublin

City centre is one of the most popular places to stay in the entire city, and even country, weekends and summers are almost impossible to book. It is important to book these locations several months in advance to ensure you get the dates you want. Look for discounts online several months before your visit. Additionally, if a hotel happens to have an opening very close to the date you arrive in the city, they may offer a discount just to ensure the room is taken. The best times to visit the city are during the week, and during the off-seasons. Dublin is not as popular during the winter months, which may be an ideal time to visit.
